Shared Services is a Cooperative Education Service Center (CESC) that has been providing specialized services and special education staff and programs to school districts in Northwestern Connecticut for over 40 years. Current members include the districts of Barkhamsted, Colebrook, Hartland, Norfolk, and Northwestern Regional #7. The Shared Services central office is located on the Northwestern Regional #7 campus. Students serviced are between the ages of 3 and 21.
